DON’T SHUT DOWN YOUR BRAIN BECAUSE OF YOUR MARRIAGE:

Many people do all manner of things these days because of marriage. The fear of divorce has shut down intelligent brains. Many wise people have become foolish for fear of losing their marriage.
Some have entered into painful bondage because they must do everything possible to keep their marriage. It is unfortunate that many have traded their eternal life for their so called marriage; marriage that gave them more sorrow than happiness.
Some had gone as far as sacrificing their precious life at the altar of compromising marriage.
There are two things marriage must not be sacrificed for; life and salvation. Any marriage that is capable of taken ones life and salvation is not worth it. It is better not to be married than burn in hell.
Everyone must defend their marriage and put in all efforts to make it work but not at the detriment of life and salvation. “What shall it profit a man if he shall gain the whole world and lose his soul?” “What shall it profit a man if he shall gain his marriage and lose his soul?”
No one can make marriage work without the help of God and the cooperation of their spouse. It takes two people to make marriage work and not one. If your marriage is not working stay and make it work but don’t trade your eternal life for it. Hold your marriage with your left hand and your salvation with your right hand.
Your marriage ends here on earth but your life continue after your marriage. It is therefore expedient to know the boundary of marriage in the race of life.
When a man or a woman shut down his or her brain at the altar of marriage, he or she may continue to burn in silence rather than speaking up and seeking for help.
How will a woman be in a marriage where she has no say at all. Whatsoever the man wants must prevail even if she’s in pain. When people suffer physical pain we advice them to go to the hospital but when they suffer emotional pain from their marriage, we advice them to endure because they must not contemplate separation or divorce.
As much as God hates divorce, it is technical to believe he will prefer divorce over eternal lost.
It require high degree of divine wisdom to make marriage work, don’t shut down your brain because of your marriage.
Don’t suspend your brain because you are in a turbulent marriage. Use your God given brain to make your marriage work. Foolishness can destroy your marriage, wisdom can keep it.
Proverbs 4:7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: And with all thy getting get understanding.
Proverbs 14:1 Every wise woman buildeth her house: But the foolish plucketh it down with her hands.
Proverbs 9:6 Forsake the foolish, and live; And go in the way of understanding.
Walk out of any marriage that’s capable of leading you to hell fire. It is better to remain unmarried than burn in hell fire. Hereafter you shall not be judged by your marriage but by your entire lifetime here on earth.
